Toshiba Flash Card Shut down Prevention

I recently downloaded Windows 10, and every time I shut down my computer I get a message that the Toshiba Flash Cards are preventing the shutdown. I tried to disable the function keys from the Start-Up tab of the Task Manager Box. But, when I restart my computer, my volume control keys and my screen brightness keys don’t work because they are located on my function keys. Is it possible to disable the Function keys while still being able to control the volume keys and the brightness keys?

Hi Josué,

The issue that you are experiencing can occur due to an outdated function key driver. We recommend that you download the latest driver for your device from its original equipment manufacturer's website. Other community members have reported that the shutdown and function key issue that they were experiencing were resolved when they installed the latest driver for their function keys. Should you need assistance in finding and installing the needed driver, kindly contact the support team of your device's original equipment manufacturer. They are the ones who can further assist you when it comes to that.
