Win 7 backup wont work in recently upgraded win 10 0x8007002

I recently upgraded to Win 10 and now I cannot run my Backup. I am using the Win 7 Backup utility and am receiving the error 0x8007002.

I ran SFC Scan this is what I got:

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have spent the better part of a day reading about this not sure where or what to do.

Let me confirm that, Backup and Restore (Windows 7) option will helps you to recover copies of your files backed up in Windows 7. 

If you want to set up your backup, then select the Startbutton, select Settings > Update & security > Backup > Add a drive, and then choose an external drive or network location for your backups. All set. Every hour, we'll back up everything in your user folder (C:Usersusername). To change which files get backed up or how often backups happen, go to More options.
